1. 3+ years of experience with GDN or Facebook – Must
2. Extensive experience with Ad-Serving systems – Must
3. Experience with Search monetization – an advantage
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated problem-solver
5. Proficient in Excel and Google programs
6. Organized, multitasking, motivated, responsible
7. Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
8. Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
9. Ability to extract insights from data
10. Hands-on experience in programmatic buying
11. Knowledge of digital marketing conversion tracking and tagging
12. Fluent or native English – Must. Other languages – an advantage
