We are looking for a VP R&D / Head of AI to lead our AI strategy and execution across the company.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will define the vision, build practical tools, and help different teams use AI to improve performance and efficiency. You will work closely with our media buying teams and product managers to create real impact.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead the AI strategy across all company activities
•Build and implement AI tools to support internal media buying and platforms
•Help teams automate reporting, workflows, and decision-making
•Improve performance using data, models, and smart automation
•Support different business units (programmatic, search, mobile, eCommerce) with AI solutions
•Work closely with managers to help them scale operations using AI
•Stay updated with the latest AI tools and quickly test and apply them
•Create a strong technical edge for the company
Requirements
•Proven experience working with modern AI tools and technologies
•Strong hands-on experience with tools like Claude, code-based AI tools, and similar platforms
•Solid background in performance marketing
•Experience with:
oMedia buying platforms
oGoogle Ad Manager and similar tools
oPaid social platforms (Facebook, native platforms, etc.)
oProgrammatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, open market)
•Strong technical mindset with the ability to build and execute (not just manage)
•Experience leading R&D or AI initiatives
